Awesome customer service. I ordered two large two topping pizzas, lasagne and a personal supreme pizza excluding pork. The driver Sam, was pleasant and very friendly. My family and I dive into the food. Wait, the personal pizza has pork. Please insert dramatic scream. We asked for no pork. I'm hungry, more like hangry at this point. I called Big E. Pizza and spoke with Sarahie who handled me like a true G. (Disclaimer, I am not a rapper). I told her my gripe in the most condescending tone I have. Ms. Sarahie replies how sorry she was and gives me two options. One, to have a credit towards my next purchase or two, to have the pizza corrected, prepared and delivered. Me tapping my foot, still in hangry mode, I reply and ask if I can please have option 2. Sarahie replies, of course. The driver will call you when he arrives. I say, ok thank you. We hang up. I really don't know what happened because I really didn't expect this to be so smooth and pleasant. The driver Sam arrives within a great time. He brings the food to the door and apologizes for being late. Sam... you weren't late at all and I truly thank you. I ask Sam for the name of the young woman I spoke with and his name of course, this way I could know the names of the two people that were so kind and pleasant to a hangry customer. Me, I'm the hangry customer. You both handled me well and I appreciate that. Nobody can deal with me when I am hangry. People have attempted for year and I have always graciously won every round. You two found the cheat code I guess. Thanks Big E. You Found gems with these two.

Ok, I got the late night urge for a pizza. I'm new to the area. Just google maps it and Big E Pizza comes up. They're open late. OMG!!!!!! Hands down one of the best pizza I've ever had in life and I've had many!! Jumping jiminey Christmas!! This place is a must for anyone that wants to have some of the best pizza of their life!! I have to say this one more time..... OMG!!! Fresh ingredients. They don't skimp. Dough is just damn!! I have a super fast metabolism and I'm going to eat here weekly from now on!! One more time, OMG!!! Any person in a 20 mile radius needs to try this place!!! Great job Big E!! You have a customer for life now!!!

Friendly service, super fast for a pickup order of baked ziti (grotto) with breadsticks and a side salad. Enough for two adults for a solid date night order. Reasonably priced for the portions and super comforting. The red/white sauce blend is SO GOOD. Love that this spot stays open late.

Soooo gooooood!!!!!!!!! Cheesy yummy happiness for your taste buds. BBQ Wings were great. Ranch a bonus They were so great. Let us even do the pizza in thirds. No Mountain Dew because it's coke products. Got sprite. Wish we lived closer. Was so yummy!

Ok. We usually order from here at night bc you know, we like to eat during our night shifts. Anyway, I ordered a party sized half pepperoni jalapeño and half meat lovers. We received half only pepperoni and the other half was right (meat lovers.) I called them to tell them that my receipt was correct but the pizza wasn't. She spoke to manager and said they'd send us the correct pizza ( a smaller size) bc it was their mistake. Honestly, I was only expecting a discount so this replacement pizza was more than welcome and appreciated. They listened, verified via picture and took corrective action. Big plus for that one. Will continue to order from big E's anyway bc their pizza is delicious and their customer service is A+

Group of 3. Had a split combo and Hawaiian pizza, meatballs, pastrami sandwhich, baked ziti, and garlic bread. This is the quintessential pizza place. They got pies, pastas, and salads. the walls are covered in mob decor. Service was fast and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were good. Open late is a big bonus after a convention. 10/10 would eat here again.

We found this Late night craving spot on yelp.. 5 stars of course..this pizza was fuego ..The dough the meats the cheesey cheese everything was sooooo fresh!!! And soooooo tasty!!! I'm not a fan of eating crusts but I ate everything except the pizza box and left no crumbs. Because it was like super late we ordered and had it delivered I can't tell you about the service or ambiance inside the restaurant,But I can tell you the staff were very friendly over the phone, and my meal arrived quickly. I have to say, if you are a pizza lover you will not be disappointed. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Please share with me your favorite menu items. I can't wait to try everything.
